1. What does ProCartoonz has to offer? ^
ProCartoonz offers 2 membership models. The first one (standard) is $49.95 and includes 16 different product categories. The $99.95 model (premium) includes additional 15 categories, which means 31 categories in total. Currently there are thousands of products available in our collection.

2. What categories are included in the standard membership? ^
Following categories are included: website templates with flash, website templates, website headers, logo designs, static characters, static objects, animated characters, animated objects, static 3d characters, static 3d objects, animated 3d characters, animated 3d objects, animated e-cards, cellular backgrounds, wallpapers and designload.net products.

3. What categories are includes in the premium membership? ^
Except the 16 standard categories, premium membership includes following: premium website templates with flash, premium website templates, premium flash headers, premium logo designs, premium static characters, premium static objects, premium animated characters, premium animated objects, premium hi-res 3d pictures, premium cd covers, premium icon sets, premium postcard designs, premium poster art, premium compliment cards a premium t-shirt designs.

4. May I use everything from ProCartoonz for just $49.95? ^
If you'll buy standard membership at ProCartoonz you are free to download as much as you want from the standard categories (16 categories in total) featured on our site for period of 1 year. Premium membership, which is $99.95 gives your access to additional 15 categories. If you don't feel like getting premium membership rightaway, you may upgrade from standard to premium anytime later for $50.

5. What software do I need to work with your products? ^
Each product comes with all necessary files needed for you in order to edit it. In order to edit our templates, you'll need Adobe Photoshop 6, Macromedia Flash MX (for templates with flash) and any html editor such as Microsoft Frontpage or Macromedia Dreamweaver. Logo designs, static characters, static objects, designload.net products require Adobe Photoshop 6 (or higher version). Animated characters, objects and e-cards require Macromedia Flash MX (or higher version). 3d products require Adobe Photoshop or Maya (if you would like to edit the 3d models).

6. How often do you add new products? ^
We'll update on daily basis except weekends.

7. Can I make money driving traffic to you? ^
Yes, ProCartoonz offers 25 percent from each sale coming from the traffic you deliver to us. All you need to do is to register as an affiliate at www.2rebrand.com, download one of the banners or rebrand our products using the interface at www.2rebrand.com.

8. Can you refund my money? ^
Once you have downloaded a product from ProCartoonz we cannot refund your money as you cannot return the intangible products back. If you didn't download a product from us and would like to make a refund, we will refund your money if you'll ask for the refund within 5 days after the membership or product purchased.

9. Are there any further fees except the membership fee? ^
If you are interested in standard membership, you will face just one $49.95 charge (non-recurring). If you are interested in premium membership, you will face one $99.95 charge. If you'll decide to upgrade from standard membership to premium, we'll charge the difference between standard and premium membership - $50. Otherwise there are no additional charges.

10. Will I have an exclusive ownership over the items I'll download? ^
Your purchase entitles you to a license to use the products royalty free. We do not grand exclusive rights for items downloaded from ProCartoonz.

11. Are there any restrictions on the use of the ProCartoonz products? ^
First of all our products cannot be resold as standalone products. If you would like to sell the products from our offer to any of your customers, you will need to do significant changes to the products and the products would need to be part of a project done for your customer (for example full website). Additionally, our products may not be distributed as part of any archive, catalog, media disc, auction etc nor displayed on website except through our rebranding interface (www.2rebrand.com).

12. How do I access the product(s) once I purchased a membership at ProCartoonz? ^
After the sign-up and membership authorization you'll be able to log into the member area. When logged in, find the product you would like to download. Underneath the product thumbnail there is a "download" button. If you click it, new window will pop up, where you type in the code you see in the graphics above. After clicking the "validate" button, download will start automaticaly.

13. How long does the authorization period take? ^
Authorizations are done within 60 minutes after your purchase if your order was done from 8am to 8pm GMT +1. If you ordered between 8pm and 8am our time, you will need to wait until our working hours.

14. When I click the download link, the download doesn't start. ^
In that case, please try to click at the download link with right-mouse button and choose "save file as". If the difficulties persist, please email us at support@procartoonz.net and we will try to solve your problem as soon as possible.

15. I could download the product, but I couldn't open the file. ^
Please note that the file you downloaded is an archived file. You'll need to unzip it using the latest Winzip available at www.winzip.com.

16. How many products may I download? ^
The downloads are limited to 25 products per day, so basicaly you may download more than 9000 products per year.
