License Agreement

Products may be used to yourself or your customers' products, but you may not put them on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale. Products may not be resold in any sort of collection, such as passing our products over to third parties on CDs and diskettes, or letting others download our products from your website. In the event of such practices, ProCartoonz will immediately terminate your membership. Furthermore, by conducting such practices, you automatically waive any legal claims against ProCartoonz. If you do not abide by the terms of this agreement as described above, ProCartoonz will pursue legal action to the highest extent.

The products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

You understand ProCartoonz is not responsible for the content, quality or merchantability of any information, product or service offered herein and the user must assume full responsibility to evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or other content. ProCartoonz hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, expressed and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose by any vendor, customer, or associate offering information, products, any services linked to ProCartoonz website. The user agrees that ProCartoonz is not responsible, and shall have no liability to such user, with respect to any information, product or service offered by others who are linked to ProCartoonz website. ProCartoonz shall not be liable for any damages allegedly sustained arising from use of the information, products, and services.

Once you have downloaded a product from ProCartoonz we cannot refund your money as you cannot return the intangible products back. If you didn't download a product from us and would like to make a refund, we will refund your money if you ask for the refund within 5 days after the membership purchased.

In no event shall ProCartoonz be liable to any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the products from ProCartoonz.

Downloads and Access

Your username and password are for your personal use only. Anyone found to share or distribute their username and password will have their membership terminated immediately. You are not permitted to use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tool to download the content from our site.

Vilords media provides links to third-party web sites as a convenience to you. Vilords media does not control third party web sites or links to third party web sites. Vilords media is not responsible for the content or any linked web sites.
